Online Computer Based Training Courses

All people in the food industry should receive training commensurate with their job role. These courses ensure you have a basic level of knowledge in the areas of food hygiene and safety. They can be completed on your own PC at a time and place that is convenient to you/your staff. A printed certificate verifies to enforcement officers that you have completed this training.
These courses have been designed and developed in conjunction with QFT (Quality Food Training) for students of all levels. For instance those with learning difficulties will still be able to complete these courses successfully.
We have designed them so there are no end tests, testing is continuous throughout the learning... In the event that questions are answered incorrectly, the courses will take the learner back to the relevant section and then asks the question again.
This allows everyone a 100% chance of passing first time!
The training is fully animated with very high quality graphics/animation and it also has a full audio voice track which reads every word on screen.

Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) - Certified A new food regulation had been enforced since January 2006, requiring that all food handlers work to a HACCP plan. Everyone in the food industry needs to understand the basics of HACCP to enable time to carry out their work based routines in accordance with HACCP principles. Skillpad offers all the online HACCP training you will need to be able work in line with the new laws and is suitable for those engaged in all areas of food production. The content of this course has been approved by the ASET and QFT. The online course takes approximately 45 minutes. The course has two lessons:

Food Hygiene Principles and Practices - Certified The course covers 4 main areas of food hygiene making this training suitable for all. Whether you’re a restaurant owner, a caterer or in any food related industry. The content of this course has been approved by the ASET and QFT. The course takes approximately 60 minutes to complete The course has four lessons:

Food Hygiene & HACCP Essentials - Certified The course covers the 6 main areas of food hygiene and HACCP, thus making this training suitable for all. This course is an amalgamation of the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) and the Food Hygiene Principles and Practices courses listed above. The content of this course has been approved by the ASET and QFT. The course has six lessons:
