Skillpad PRO™is installed behind-the-firewall and delivers Skillpad Lessons as well as your own electronic content. Training records are stored on your servers and content is delivered over your corporate intranet.

Secure Behind-The-Firewall Solution – You can take control of your employees’ own training records on your internal servers. You can also set up the application in accordance with your existing network security procedures and infrastructure.

Unique Regulatory-Focused 'Sign-Off & Approval' System – This feature allows Trainees 'sign-off' each Lesson using an electronic signature. Trainers can then 'approve' this Trainee, thus qualifying them in that area.

Extensive Reports - Using our reporting facility, Trainers can check assessment results, Courseware sign-off status and system reports all in real-time. Skillpad can also create custom reports to your specific needs.

Full Audit Trail - All critical actions are logged and stored in a searchable, time-stamped audit-trail. The audit trail is stored in an independent database for further reliability.

Launch External Training Material – You can create your own courses within Skillpad PRO™using Skillpad e-Lessons and assessments. You can also include your existing or third-party training material and launch your own SOPs, PowerPoint, Word, PDF files, etc.

Edit Assessments – You can create customized assessments for your own lessons or Skillpad's. Creating multiple assessments for each Lesson is ideal for different Trainee levels (beginner, intermediate, advanced). You can set a mastery score that Trainees must achieve before being deemed to have passed and set the number of attempts allowed and the number of questions to be posed in each question bank.

Multi-Level User Accounts - Caters for all training structures in your organization: Administrators maintain user accounts; Trainers assign Courseware and approve Lessons; Trainees take courses and assessments.
